Frank Trigg, 'the Voice of Pride Fighting Championships' on Pay Per View & Fox Sports, will be pulling double duty next Friday night February 24, 2007 at Pride 33, 'The Second Coming'. "Twinkle Toes" will be making his return to the Pride ring after 8 long years and he has not chosen an easy comeback fight. Fresh off his 2nd round TKO of Jason 'Mayhem' Miller to win the Icon Sport Middleweight belt, Trigg will now take on Pride Middleweight Grand Prix Champion Kazuo Misaki. It looks like Trigg's master plan is now taking shape, retire, get fat, move up a weight & start knocking off legitimate MMA title holders.

"I will get the job done inside the PRIDE ring then go back to the broadcast booth & tell you about it.", says the perennial top 3 ranked welterweight. The brash Las Vegan believes that fighting in his back yard will be a major advantage for him, "Misaki is very tough, hell, he just won the GP but it will to be hard to beat me in Vegas. It's home now. I've been training at J-sect with John Lewis in the morning & the with all the guys at Extreme Couture MMA at night. I ain't going home no punk, I'm gonna knock his dick in the dirt"

Rumor has it that this MMA renaissance man has been given his purple belt from Novia Uniao black belt John Lewis. "Jiu Jitsu helps me to relax & adds a new dimension to my game but the prediction is always the same. It will end early & violently. Do not blink your eyes, it may be over."

This weekend the newly crowned Icon Sport Champion will be appearing at TheFitExpo in Pasadena. Trigg invites all MMA fans out to TheFitExpo to check out the scene & wish him luck before his Pride U.S. debut. "I am excited to see the new nutritional products available. You know I'm always looking to find an edge on the competition." The Pride Fighting star will be signing autographs, speaking with fans & hawking some of his Triggonomics gear. Anyone interested in meeting Trigg this weekend can stop by the PSL booth at theFitExpo on Saturday Feb 17, 2007 between 1:30 & 3 pm. For more info check out, &
